I will try to contain all of my Coachella excitement here so I don't beat on it over and over again on the air, lol.

I was able to secure passes for my wife and I for weekend two and I couldn't be more excited for this festie.

I've never been to Coachella before so I'm excited to see how it measures up to the other American music festivals I HAVE been to:

  • 80/35 !!!
  • Austin City Limits Music Festival
  • Lollapalooza (touring fest 1996)
  • Treasure Island Music Festival
  • Voodoo Music Experience

Outside of the given pumped-upedness for The Stone Roses, Wu Tang Clan, Spiritualized, Blur and Jurassic 5; I'm really excited to see the phenomenal undercards scheduled that I have never seen before -

  • Danny Brown
  • FOALS
  • Purity Ring
  • Roni Size
  • Tame Impala
  • Simian Mobile Disco
  • Of Monsters And Men 

And a few others that I have seen -

Buying tickets this morning was an exercise in patience as we were booted from the ticketing site numerous times during the final stage of checking out...but patience won the battle and we have tix.
